We cut the carrot into thin slices, and we cut the onion into small pieces. Put the minced meat in a bowl, add the chosen rice and eggs. Season with salt, pepper, a little paprika, but also a little broth to be more colorful and mix. From the resulting composition we form the meatballs (balls about the size of a walnut). In a pot I put a little oil, add the onion and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add the carrot, let it cook for a while, then add the broth, water, salt and bring to the boil. When it boils, I add the meatballs one by one in the pot and let it boil. When the soup is cooked, add the cabbage juice or borscht and let it boil for about 10 minutes, then turn off.

The soup is served hot.
