I really like polenta. I prepare it whenever I have a food that is suitable or I find something;)

  • 3 cups water 200 g
  • 1 cup of Malay 200 g.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes


Bring salt water to a boil.

When the water boils, add the malai, stirring so that no lumps of malai form.

Put the lid on and let it boil for 12-15 minutes.

Gently lift the lid and chew the polenta for about 2-3 minutes.

Pour the polenta into a bowl.

After 2-3 minutes, place a plate on top of the bowl and turn over.

You will have a round polenta.
