In a kettle we melt the butter, and when it is ready we pour the milk over it and let the milk heat up a little. Meanwhile, in a bowl we put the cups of flour and bran, salt and sugar, and we make a place the yeast. Pour the milk with the melted butter (not too hot) over the yeast, little by little, and soften it well, and then start to knead lightly.

To peel off your hands, use black flour and start to knead the dough well for at least 10 minutes. When it is ready, leave it in a warm place covered with a kitchen napkin, to rise for about 30 minutes. When it has doubled in volume, it means that it is ready and we knead it a little more to get the air out and then we form the bread.

You can make whatever model you want, that's how it came to me at the moment. It breaks from the dough about 1 quarter or less, from which 3 balls are made and then the normal bread is made. From the 3 balls I make 3 long strips that Knead the bread and brush them together. Grease the bread with a brush with some water so that the cake can be glued. Let it rise in the pan for about 15 minutes and then put it in the hot oven, over medium heat for about 30 minutes.

I don't know the exact time because I use the toothpick to test.
