RECIPE PREPARATION Bacon sticks:
We thaw the puff pastry dough (be careful not to confuse it with the pie dough which has several sheets and is much thinner) and we spread it carefully so that it does not break.
Grease half of the sheet with ketchup, place the bacon and sprinkle the cheese. I brushed the other half with water and covered the stuffed part with it.
Then cut the dough into strips, twist it a little, grease it with egg and sprinkle with oregano.
Bake on low heat until golden brown.
Pan-fried potato pizza
Put the grated potatoes in a napkin and drain the water from the potatoes, squeezing the towel vigorously.
Put the drained potatoes in a bowl. Add diced onions, 3 beaten eggs, 200 g flour, salt and pepper.
Mix until the whole composition is completely homogenous.
Divide the composition into 4 equal parts. Fry part of the composition in a 26 cm pan with a little oil. Level the potatoes evenly with a spatula.
Bake for 8-10 minutes on each side or until nicely browned.
After removing from the heat, add the browned bacon to the pan.
Serve with freshly chopped parsley.

Baked potatoes with bacon, cheese and dill
Peel the potatoes, cut them in 2 and cook for 15-20 minutes. 5-10 minutes before removing the potatoes, fry the bacon. After frying it (not until it becomes crispy, it will be done until the end when you put it in the oven), cut it into thinner strips (optional).
Put the potatoes in a non-stick pan, sprinkle them with plenty of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle grated cheese on top, then the bacon and bake until the potatoes penetrate and the bacon is fried.

Szafi Reform flour "zero carb" sticks (or cake in a pan)
Today's baguettes have a double advantage: the carbohydrate content is minimal (thanks to the Szafi Reform fiber mix) and they have no dairy at all. The smell of yeast is pleasant and reminiscent of classic bread. The core of the chopsticks is slightly damp, but not annoying, however this can be solved by browning the slices before consumption (in a toaster or on a pan). In the case of the cake, the core is not wet at all, and in addition, the speed of preparation tilts the balance to the detriment of the baguettes.
For 2 not too big baguettes or a cake in a pan with a diameter of 28 cm
- 100 ml of lukewarm water
- 5-7 g fresh yeast (about the size of a hazelnut)
- 3 eggs
- a pinch of salt
- 60 g Szafi Reform flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 20 ml olive / garlic oil, optional
The yeast dissolves in lukewarm water. Beat the eggs with the salt, then add the yeast water. Stir in the flour with the baking powder and the chosen spices, then the olive oil.
Mix well with a spatula. The dough obtained is left to stand for 15-30 minutes, then divided into 2 and shaped with wet hands in the form of baguettes. They are placed on baking paper and their surface is cut with a sharp knife. Place the tray in the preheated oven at 170 degrees C for 40-45 minutes.
The sticks are cooled on a grill, then they can be sliced.
To prepare a cake, spread the dough evenly in a (cold) pan with a diameter of 28 cm, greased with a little olive oil. Put the lid on and light the fire. Leave the cake on low heat and under the lid for 7-10 minutes, then turn with a spatula. Leave for another 5 minutes and take out on a grill to cool.

Method of preparation
Take 6-7 mashed potatoes, not pink and boil them in their skins, in a little salted water for about 20 minutes.
Take them out, cool them a bit, peel them and pass them very well.
Separately, grate the cheese and mix with grated cheese, 2 well beaten eggs and 2 teaspoons breadcrumbs.
Add the potatoes here and mix until everything becomes a homogeneous paste. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
From this dough form balls. Put them in a beaten egg and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
On top of each ball thus formed, place a toothpick with 2 slices of bacon.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with the up-down heating function.
Cut the baguettes in half lengthwise, then scoop them out with a spoon or simply remove the core by hand, leaving of course a little next to the peel.
Grease the inside of the sticks with tomato sauce.
Put the ham pieces, onion slices and pepper slices over the sauce. Grate a generous layer of cheese and put the baguettes in the oven for 5 minutes, then turn the oven on the grill function (just above) and leave for another 5-6 minutes until the cheese melts.
Remove the sticks from the oven, add a little olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano and serve.
