1. Peel the onion and cut it in half into slices. Fry the onion in a hot pan with vegetable oil until soft.

2. Prepare the sauce: combine in a separate bowl the honey with the salt, the ground black pepper and the mustard. Stir, then add the crushed garlic and water. Stir again, using the spatula.

3. Wash the chicken breast and cut it in half. Take half a chicken breast, put it in a food bag and fry it on both sides. Do the same with the other half of the chicken breast.

4. Cut a piece of baking paper and place the tender meat on it. Slightly overlap the edges.

5. Grease the meat with the prepared sauce, then place the fried onion. Run it.

6. Cut another piece of baking paper and place 8 strips of bacon on it (the length of the strips should be equal to that of the roll obtained). Fold each even strip of bacon, covering about 1/3 of its length.

7. Place 2 strips of bacon on the remaining edges of the odd strips. Then the strips appear, folded, unfold them back. So, we form a so-called "mowing" of bacon. You can also place the chicken breast rolls over the bacon and wrap them.

8. Line the baking tray with paper and place the roll. Grease the roll generously with the remaining sauce.

9. Place the tray in the preheated oven at 175 ° C for 1 hour. Baking time depends on each oven.

How to make marinade:
